About the Recipe
Lebanese Tabbouleh grain salad, healthy nourishing and refreshing.

Ingredients
½ cup Broken Wheat( Dalia) / Millet- cooked*
1 cup Cucumbers diced
1/2 cup tomatoes diced or cherry tomatoes halved
1 cup Parsley chopped
½ cup Spring Onions chopped
½ cup finely chopped mint leaves

Dressing
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
1Â tsp garlic crushed
1 tbsp coriander chopped
Sea Salt to taste
*In a vessel boil 3 cups of water and then add the dalia, turn the flame on medium cover and cook for 5-10 minutes or until the dalia is fully cooked and soft to touch.
Turn of the flame and cover the let it sit for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes remove the lid and let it come down to room temperature this should take around 30- 40 minutes
Preparation
In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, coriander and salt.
Add the parsley, cucumber, tomato, dalia/millet, mint, and spring onions and toss to combine.
Season to taste and chill until ready to serve.
